FIELD: biotechnology; medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents method of metabolite nitrogen oxide test of blood serum by means of composition containing zinc powder, ammonium bromide, tartaric acid, ammonium succinate, ammonium acetate, sulphanilic acid and disodium salt of chromotropic acid. Result is get due to composition added with ammonium acetate in amount 5,0-15,0 mass concentration as alkalifying agent, and as well as with solution NaOH.
EFFECT: invention provides quick and effective diagnostics of chronic inflammatory diseases for considerable number of patients simultaneously, that has medical and social value, enables to exclude alkalifying stage from analytical and increase expression and accuracy of biological material analysis for nitrates-ions, and ammonium acetate mixed with tartaric acid provides optimum acidity that provides simultaneous processes of restoration, diazotisation and azocoupling.
