SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine, namely oncology, and pertains to methods for detecting oncological diseases and an apparatus for implementation thereof. Methods for detecting oncological diseases are based on determining the content of nitrite ions in a sample of the biological material or separately determining the content of nitrate and nitrite ions by conducting a diazotisation and azocoupling reaction.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a possibility to evaluate the processes of development of oncological diseases at the early stages.
