FIELD: communication technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the method of levelling the mutual interference spreading between the cells in the wireless communication system, which includes the cells employing sub-carrier blocks for communication. A certain number of neighbouring cells comprise a cell cluster. Besides, this invention relates to the respective method used in the system, which incudes multibeam antennae or multiple antennae. This invention also refers to basic stations employing the described method, as well as to the communication system that includes these basic stations. The invention also involves sub-carrier block grouping into multiple sets of sub-carrier blocks in each cell of the cell cluster, defining the transmission power levels for each cell of the mentioned cell cluster, and attributing transmission power levels to the sub-carrier block sets.
EFFECT: reducing big fluctuations of the mean signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) without the necessity to additionally assess and calculate its value in case of utilising power control.
