SUBSTANCE: each radio cell of the network covers a defined service region. A mobile communication network subscriber is assigned an individual, guaranteed subscriber zone which describes the region around the given point. According to the invention, an actual subscriber zone is formed, which includes all radio cells whose service region overlaps the guaranteed subscriber zone, wherein if the subscriber is located in that actual subscriber zone, special tariffing of considered telecommunication services is carried out.
