FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of tinned food production includes as follows. Onions are diced and blanched; beet leaves and greens are cut and frozen; smoked pork is diced; barley is boiled till its mass is increased twice. Thereafter all listed components are mixed up in no-oxygen medium with sour cream and table salt. Produced mixture and bone broth are packed up, tinned and sterilised.
EFFECT: enables to produce new tinned food of improved digestibility in comparison with similar dishes.
