FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for onion cutting and blanching. Beet tops and greens are cut and frozen and pork is shredded. Barley corn is boiled to double-size volume. The said ingredients are mixed up with sour cream, table salt and CO2 extract of pyrolised wood. Produced mixture and bone cook water are packed, sealed and sterilised at definite proportion of ingredients.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
