SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of preserved dinner first courses. Method of preserved food cooking includes white roots and onions cutting and browning in melted butter, cutting and blanching of potatoes, cutting and freezing of sorrel and potherbs, cutting of beef kidneys and pickled cucumbers, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with cucumber pickle, cream and table salt, packing of prepared mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
