SUBSTANCE: method of preserved food cooking includes mutton cutting, frying in melted butter and mincer grinding, celery root cutting, blanching and mincer grinding, blanching and mincer grinding of carrots, freezing and mincer grinding of green onions and parsley, boiling until mass doubling and mincer grinding of pearl barley, mixing of specified components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extract of black bitter pepper, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
