FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to processing of preserved first courses for space feeding. The method of preserves cooking includes cutting, frying in melted butter and chopping on the cutter of mutton, cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of celeriac, blanching and chopping on the cutter of carrots, freezing and chopping on the cutter of green onions and green parsley parts, boiling up to double mass increase and chopping on the cutter of pearl barley, blending of the above-mentioned ingredients with bone soup, cooking salt and CO2-extracts of biomass of the specified type of micromicet and black hot pepper, packing of the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: producing of the preserves with an increased digestibility.
