FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the metallurgy industry and can be used for manufacturing of metallurgical preforms, which can be effective substitute of coke in blast-furnace process of receiving cast iron. Preform includes coke breeze 90-94 mass % and non-organic binder rest. Preform contains bonded allumoborphosphatic concentrate with density 1300-1350 kg/m3.
EFFECT: invention will allow to improve metallurgical preforms quality because of procurement of its increased strength characteristics and reducing duration of preform preparation by means of itselves accelerated self-cure and excluding of thermal treatment.
