FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device varies and adjusts liquid and gaseous media flows passing therein as to flow rate, pressure or temperature. The said device connected to pressure and discharge lines contains a flow regulator with a certain power drive complying with the flow adjusting device maximum performances and allowing variation in throughput and preset output parameter. The device incorporates a setting regulator with throughput parameters equal to or higher than those of the said device and with the drive complying with the flow adjusting device maximum performances and allowing variation in throughput and preset output parameter within the limits of settings, the setting regulator being mounted in the line parallel to the flow regulator, and a control system.

EFFECT: invention allows higher accuracy of the output parameters, higher reliability and longer life, lower operating costs.
