SUBSTANCE: throttle comprises housing, inlet and outlet face lids connected with the pressure and output pipelines, respectively, rotating wheel with a drive, control cut-off disks with mutually ground faces and through openings, and fastening and sealing members. One of the disks is unmovable with respect to the outlet lid and housing. The other disk is movable and can rotate together with the rotating wheel . The pressure pipeline is connected with the relief space that is made between the face of the outlet lid and the face of the rotating wheel. The outlet pipeline is connected with the space that is made between the inner face of the rotating wheel and face of the unmovable disk. The inner bore in the rotating wheel is provided with ring step that cooperated with the stop flange of the rotating disk.
