FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: adjustment device of bypass type connected with pump and outlet mains has main and bypass branches. A shut off element of the adjustment device consists of at least one gate and of a flow regulator with a variable throughput characteristic installed parallel to the shut off element. At least one of branches of the adjustment device is equipped with an axial compensator. The axial compensator is made in form of a power cylinder and consists of an inlet branch, of a sleeve of the power cylinder rigidly connected with the inlet branch, of an outlet branch and of a circular piston rigidly interconnected. Also, a working cavity of the power cylinder is connected with the outlet main, while a pressure relief cavity of the power cylinder is connected with atmosphere. External and internal diameters of the circular piston of the power cylinder are chosen from ratio D external=1.4142Dinternal.
EFFECT: reduced labour input at maintenance and convenient disassembly and assembly of pipeline accessories, for example, flow regulator or shut off element of adjustment device of bypass type.
