FEED MIXER-DISTRIBUTOR Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC A01K5/02 

FIELD: agriculture, animal production.

SUBSTANCE: feed mixer-distributor consists of the square bunker located on the undercarriage frame. There are chaff auger-type device, side-delivery conveyor, feed table and receiver installed in the forepart inside the bunker. The bunker's bottom acting as a feed table is fixed pivotally from one end and connected with the pneumatic cylinder from the other end. The pneumatic cylinder is installed in the lower part of the bunker. The receiver is connected with the pneumatic cylinder using pipeline and has rectangle form. The parallel augers' spiraling of the auger-type device is made in the opposite direction. Skewed surface of one auger covers the interturn space of the other auger. The knives are fixed along the perimeter of skewed surface. Such design allows decreasing gas pollution, increased noise during feeding in premises, materials and energy consumption of the working process. It allows increasing reliability of service and uniform metering depending on material consumption inside the bunker, and also increasing chopping and mixing quality of feed.

EFFECT: increase of chopping and mixing quality of feed, metering uniformity, decrease of gas-pollution and increased noise during feeding in premises.
