FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for in-hospital transportation of patients. Device for transportation and repositioning of bed-patients is made in the form of trolley with bed which has back and drop sides. Trolley is equipped with removable winch with rope system. System is connected with patient sheet hold. On the end face of trolley, support pole with rotary arm and winch mount are installed. Mount is located on rotary arm and capable of sliding. Back and drop sides are supplied with ears. Ears on back are located closer to bed edges than ears of sides in dropped state in order to install removable winch at angle -3° to longitudinal axis of trolley. Technical result of the invention consists in convenience quick performance, and possibility to reposition heavyweight patient by one medical worker with low effort. Device is much cheaper than its analogues and allows for repositioning patient in more comfortable and sparing way, does not damage transporting sheet. Device is compact, does not require special place for storing and operates with hospital beds of whatever width.

EFFECT: compact and inexpensive device which allows for repositioning heavyweight patient by one medical worker with low effort.
