FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hospital equipment and can be used as a hospital complex for critically ill and disabled people. Hospital complex comprises a hospital bed, a mobile gurney and an operating table. Bed of the hospital bed along the length is divided into two parts – a fixed part and a movable part on the side of free access. Movable part has a length and a width not less than the length and width of the surgical table. Movable part is movable in horizontal plane by means of rolling elements mounted from below, interacting with transverse guides mounted on base of hospital bed. On ends of long side of movable part on free access side there are handles with retainers in form of double-arm levers, in middle part hingedly fixed on axes. Upper ends of levers are free, and lower ends are fixed by means of hinges on horizontal axes spring-loaded by means of compression springs, with the possibility of axial movement and interaction of grips made on ends of axes with fixed protrusions made on the basis of a hospital bed, gurney and operating table. Said gurney has C-shaped frame facing the movable part of hospital bed and movable vertically by means of drive in the form of geared motors secured at the bottom of C-shaped frame on guides with limiters and interacting with toothed racks fixed on side plates of gurney base. C-shaped frame is made with possibility of joining the guides of the moving part of the hospital bed in the lower position and with the guides with limiters of the operating table in the upper position by means of elements made on the ends of the guides. Movable portion of bed of hospital bed is configured to be fixed on C-shaped frame of gurney in upper and lower position of latter, respectively, as well as on the surgical table thrusts by analogy with fixation of the movable part on the basis of the hospital bed.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of operational capabilities due to simplification and efficiency of medical personnel.
