SUBSTANCE: essence of the method implies continuous forming of nonwoven material web with moisture content of more than 10%. At least some technological water is removed via dehydrating in order to provide water content in the material in the range of 80-150% followed by preliminary drying to provide water content in the range of 10-80%. Then, using at least one corresponding tool, dressing composition is applied to the material, with, water content in the material being more than 10%. Then follows dehumidification of the nonwoven material with dressing composition.
EFFECT: invention provides discriminating application of paints to make pictures or ornaments on the nonwoven material before the dehumidification finishes.
