FIELD: pulp industry.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is corrugated sheet processing device (120), comprising: sheet processing equipment comprising at least feed and guide rollers for selecting, movement and support of sheets or webs in corrugated aggregate (136) to form corrugated sheet from which corrugated articles (146) can be cut, wherein at least one layer of the corrugated sheet and, therefore, articles is formed from a printed sheet or web; and a control system for controlling sheet processing equipment (136) or cutter (148); sheet processing device (136) further comprises a visual inspection unit (162) configured to read printed information marks provided on at least one printed sheet or web as a printed sheet or web, and, therefore, the readable printed information labels pass through the corrugated sheets processing device (136) or corrugate unit through the visual control unit (162); and in which the control system further comprises a data mapping comprising either a) at least information for articles associated with the shape or type of at least one of the sheets or webs used in the corrugated sheet for said articles (146), and associated with said information specific identifier information read from printed information labels by visual control unit (162), whereby device (120) can determine which products will be manufactured after the visual inspection unit, and required settings for equipment for processing sheets or corrugate for said articles based on readable printed information label so that sheet processing equipment or corrugator unit can be under proper control of control system in accordance with readable printed information label, or b) at least information associated with articles (146) cut from corrugated sheet, including cutter settings for at least one cutting device for said articles, and associated with said settings specific identifier information read from printed information labels by visual control unit, whereby device (120) can determine required torch settings for cutting device (148) for readable printed information labels so that cutting device can be under proper control of control system in accordance with readable printed information label to ensure change of requirements to cutter.
