SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of silicates and relates to fritted glaze compositions, which can be used in coating ceramic objects from majolica. The glaze contains SiO2, Al2O3, TiO2, CaO, Na2O, MgO, Na2SiF6, in the following in mass%: SiO2 - 38.0-43.0 Al2O3 - 8.0-11.0; TiO2 - 0.3-0.5; CaO - 10.0-14.0; Na2O - 10.0-14.0; MgO - 0.5-0.7; Na2SiF6 - 24.0-26.0.
EFFECT: increased coefficient of thermal expansion of the glaze.
