FIELD: heating; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: main point of invention is in facility structure. Heating element (gear-type pump) is located below working fluid surface in tank and every of located externally toothed gear in pump is rigided on reducer driven shaft, driven gears of which are equal diameter with the same number of cogs, at that one of the reducer driven gears is simultaneously and constantly in mesh with reducer drive gear; ingoing side of heating element (of gear-type pump) through the heat exchanger of high pressure and through the tap is connected with located below working fluid surface by hydroturbine. Space above working fluid surface in tank is connected in vertical plane with condenser inside of which it is located heat exchanger; main heat exchanger in vertical plane is located below working fluid surface in tank above high pressure heat exchanger and electric heating element.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase efficiency and to reduce power inputs.
