FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates in hydraulic pumps and can be used for water lift from rivers into reservoir arranged above river water level. Proposed mobile ram device comprises truncated cone, impact and delivery valves 13 and 7, hydro pneumatic cylinder 9, feed pipeline 19 communicated, via delivery valve 7, with aforesaid cylinder, and reservoir 26. Proposed device comprises also diaphragm assembly 33 and pump 24 with piston 23, and is arranged on at least two excess air pressure cylinders 8. Said feed pipeline 19 accommodates diaphragm assembly 33 tightly fixed thereon with its diaphragm coupled with pump piston 23 to feed water 6 into reservoir 26. Sub-diaphragm space 12 communicates, via pipeline 10, with atmosphere, while space 34 below valve of impact valve 13 communicates with pipeline 35, free end of which is located above river water level, but below water level 16 ahead of truncated cone funnel.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.
