FIELD: drying-out sludge from sumps obtaining loose solid substance - granulate from moist sticky mass. SUBSTANCE: use is made in method of drum-type centrifuge with sprayer connected to convective or contact drier for final drying of particles of dense substance containing 25 to 35 % of dry substance. Preliminary drying of dispersing particles is effected already in spraying centrifuge at contact with drying gas and content of dry substance is about 65%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 38 cl, 13 dwg
