FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as analogue signal converter within the structure of different functional analogue microchips (for example, operational amplifiers, voltage multipliers, comparators, and etc). Voltage-to-current converter includes input differential stage (1) on the basis of input transistor 1 (2) and 2 (3). Large-scale resistor (4) is inserted between transistor emitters, which are coupled with reference current sources 1 (5) and 2 (6). Voltage-to-current converter also includes symmetrical loading circuit (7) of input differential stage (1), linked with input transistor (2) and (3) collectors of input differential stage and with input 1 (8) and 2 (9) of output differential stage (10) implemented on the basis of output transistors 1 (11) and 2 (12) and reference current source (13) within their common emitting circuit. Input transistor 1 (11) base of output differential stage (10) is the first input (8) connected with input transistor 1 collector (2) in input differential stage (1), while input transistor 2 (12) base of output differential stage (10), being its second input (9), is connected with input transistor 2 (3) of input differential stage (1). Voltage-to-current converter includes also loading sub-circuit (14). Additional transistors 1 (15) and 2 (16) are introduced into the circuit, their collectors being linked with loading sub-circuit (14). Additional transistor 1 (15) emitter is coupled with output transistor (11) collector of output differential stage (10), base is connected to reference current source 2 (6) and additional transistor 2 (16) emitter is linked with output transistor 2 (12) collector of output differential stage (10), while base is attached to reference current source 1 (5).

EFFECT: increase inf output characteristics steepness.
