FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as analogue signal amplifier within the structure of different functional analogue microchips, for example, operational amplifiers. Differential amplifier includes input differential stage (1) with reference current source (2) within common emitting circuit, current repeater (3) having base input (4) and emitting inputs (5) and (6) which are connected to current outputs (7) and (8) of input differential stage (1) and to power supply bus (11) through current-stabilising resistors (9) and (10). Differential amplifier also includes reference current source 1 (12) and 2 (13), reference current source 2 (13) being connected with differential amplifier output (14) and main current output (15) of current repeater (3). Circuit includes additional transistor (16) with emitter connected to reference current source 1 (12) and base coupled with differential amplifier output (14) while collector is connected to base input (4) of current repeater (3).

EFFECT: increase in voltage amplification coefficient.
