FIELD: radio engineering and communications, possible use as device for amplification of broadband analog signals, in structure of analog microchips of various functional purposes (for example, in operational amplifiers with heightened values of voltage amplification coefficient).
SUBSTANCE: cascode differential amplifier contains transistors (1,2), bases of which are combined and connected to shifting voltage supply (3), and emitters are connected to current inputs of cascade differential amplifier (4,5) and through current-stabilizing dipoles (6 and 7) are connected to bus of first power supply (8), transistors (9 and 10), conductivity type of which is opposite to conductivity type of transistors (1 and 2), bases of which are combined, and emitters are connected to bus of second power supply (11), where collector of transistor (9) is connected to first output (12) of cascade differential amplifier and to collector of transistor (2), and collector of transistor (1) is connected to bases of transistors (9) and (10). Introduced to the circuit is additional transistor (13), collector of which is connected to emitter (28) of transistor (1), emitter is connected to collector of transistor (10), where collectors of transistors (2) and (9) are connected to base of additional transistor (13).
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
