FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as analogue signal amplifier within the structure of different functional analogue microchips, for example, operational amplifiers. Differential amplifier (DA) includes output differential stage (1) with reference current source (2) within common emitting circuit. Current outputs (3) and (4) of output differential stage are coupled with output transistor 1 (5) and 2 (6) emitters and with current-stabilising impedors 1 (7) and 2 (8). Auxiliary reference current source 1 (9) is implemented on the basis of auxiliary transistor T (10) with base connected to offset voltage source (11). Via auxiliary current-stabilising impedor (12), emitter is coupled with power supply bus (13), while collector is linked with common connection point of base and output transistor 1 (5) collector and output transistor 2 (6) base. Auxiliary reference current source 2 (13) is connected with transistor collector (6) and output transistor base (14), its emitter being linked with load (15) and differential output (16). The circuit also includes additional transistor (17), with its base connected to transistor emitter (10), emitter to transistor collector (14) and collector to power supply bus (18).

EFFECT: increase in voltage amplification coefficient.
