Ultra-wideband radio transmitter module includes ultra-wideband signal generation circuit made so that power consumption can be controlled due to supply voltage gating mode. Generation circuit is structurally combined with ultra-wideband signal emitter represented by rhumbatron and feedback circuit.
EFFECT: power supply simplification and reduction.
