FIELD: communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultra-wideband (UWB) directional antennas with circular polarization of the field. UWB antenna comprising a dielectric substrate (103), at least one feed line (101, 102) formed on a dielectric substrate (103), the spiral radiating element (107) formed on the substrate (103) and connected to the feed line (101, 102), at least one additional dielectric substrate (108, 109) arranged parallel above said dielectric substrate (103), wherein an extra dielectric substrate (108, 109) is made flat printing resonator (110, 111) axially symmetric shape disposed coaxially spiral radiating element (107).
EFFECT: technical result is the creation of UWB antenna that unidirectional radiation is formed naturally in a wide band or UWB, in the general case, without requiring the use of the absorber from the back side of the radiating element.
