FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: method includes wheat bread soaking in milk and chopping, chopping of skin-free cod fillet. The said components are mixed with hen eggs, table salt and black bitter pepper to prepare mince. Mince is molded and rolled. Potherbs are cut, frozen and mixed with melted butter to prepare stuffing. Stuffing is formed in mince, coated with dried and finely ground breadcrumbs and fried in melted butter to prepare cutlets. Cutlets and melted butter are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
