SUBSTANCE: claimed method involves a series of surgical actions with usage of the device set including trocar, conical cutter, universal wrench of frame cutter, insert, bolt, pin wrench, trocar bolt, extractor, tool holder, pin, flat cutter, tibia complex template, pin, nail, tibial component guide template and femoral component guide template. The method involves mechanical processing of joint ends, drilling out of medullar canals for endoprosthesis rods, their fixation, with processing of joint ends performed in conical pattern and cutting beds between condyles according to template, endoprosthesis components fixation and interconnection.
EFFECT: method and device set enable more complete recovery of knee joint function.
