FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for use in making overlapping, frame prostheses resting on cast stump pins, dental implants with lock fixtures, telescopic fixation. Impression is obtained by double-layer two-stage or single-stage method. Analogue of the locking attachment is made on the impression by means of ash-free plastic. Retention points are formed on the obtained analogue of the pin stump insert for reliable fixation of the analogue of the lock attachment in the gypsum model, applying longitudinal and transverse furrows. Working model is made by filling impression with preset analogue of locking attachment, super-gypsum, by means of vibration table. After crystallization of gypsum, the impression material is notched and separated from the model fragmentarily. Bases of the basis of the prosthesis are applied. Bite beads are used to define and fix the height of the lower one-third of the face and the central ratio of the jaws. Size, shape and color of artificial teeth are determined. Prostheses introduction pathway is determined. On the analogue, the mating part mating part is made, the telescopic fixation system is simulated and placed in the metal bunker. Thermoplastic mass of the base of the overlapping prosthesis is connected to the metal hopper and the frame by means of retention points. Prosthesis is modeled, teeth are staged and wax is replaced by plastic. Elastic washers are fitted in lock fixtures. In the clinic, the ready prosthesis is fitted and fixed in an oral cavity of the patient.
EFFECT: method enables eliminating the complication of the technical stage of making the prosthesis in the form of deformations of the lock elements on the gypsum model, improving the fixation of the mating part of the latching, as well as improving the quality of prosthesis manufacturing, excluding the stage of clinical relocation of the prosthesis for the installation of elements of a locking, telescopic attachment into the base.
