FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to film-type enthalpy exchangers for absorption, evaporation processes, biological reactions, obtaining distilled water and can be used in the chemical, microbiology and other industries, as well as carrying out laboratory and scientific research works. The exchanger has a case, contact pipes, gas connection pipes and helical spirals. The gas connection pipes on the film-type enthalpy exchanger have caps. In the gaps formed by the gas connection pipes and the contact pipes, there are connection pipes for letting in the working liquid and a heat carrier, linked to the nozzle for letting in the working liquid and the heat carrier. Connection pipes for letting out the heat carrier are sealed on the lower ends of the contact pipes, and the connection pipes are joined to the outlet nozzle. The connection pipes for letting in the working liquid and the heat carrier are arranged alternately in rows on the axes of the contact pipes, perpendicular to the surface of sheets, and on the shoulders there are breaker plates. There are grooves on the surface of the sheets. The ratio of the distance between two adjacent breaker plates s, to their length h is equal to s/h=3-10. The technical outcome is the increased heat exchange surface and the heat transfer coefficient through formation of a film of working liquid on each sheet (in the contact pipe) on one side, and a film of liquid heat carrier on the other side.
EFFECT: increased heat exchange surface and heat transfer coefficient.
