FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to apparatuses for concentration of solutions, preparation of desalinated water and may find application in chemical, microbiological and other fields of industry, and also for performance of laboratory and research works. Apparatus comprises vertical cylindrical body equipped with heating chamber and chambers for introduction of suspension and discharge of concentrated solution, condensate of secondary steam. Chamber for discharge of secondary steam condensate is equipped with nozzle for introduction of compressed gas, and drain nozzles equipped with hydraulic lock are tightly installed on lower ends of nozzles for drain of secondary steam condensate placed along length of cylindrical pipes with gap relative to each other. In upper part of nozzles for condensate drain on their side surface there are devices that provide for rotary reciprocal motion of steam (gas)-liquid mixture, and nozzle for gas discharge is located on apparatus cover.
EFFECT: all specified above makes it possible to organise climbing film flow not with secondary flow of steam but with flow of gas introduced in chamber for condensate drain, and therefore it makes it possible to provide for film flow along the whole length of cylindrical pipes, which increases heat transfer and accordingly, apparatus efficiency by evaporated moisture.
