FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to devices for cleaning natural and sewage water from suspended particles through suspension and filtration, and can be used on purification plants for purifying any type of water. The device has a reservoir with an inclined bottom, a mixing zone and a settling zone, thin film separators, in the upper part of which there is a diversion flume of clear water with spillways. The reservoir has a filtration zone with a filter, separated by a blind transverse wall from the settling zone and has a common diversion flume with the latter, and a locking device, located on the edge of the settling and filtration zones. The diversion flume within the limits of the settling zone has collection trays, uniformly distributed on the length of the channel, with height adjustable ridged spillways. The technical outcome is the compensation of performance parameters on the clearing and filtration stages, provision for uniform distribution of hydraulic loading in the settling zone, occupied by the thin-film separators.
