The system for aeration of the liquid includes: the aeration basin, a vertical hollow column, the upper part of which is equipped with a thin-plate weir and its lower part additionally has some inlet openings; the deep-well pump of axial make located above the openings in the lower third of the column; a perimetric water stilling pool with an embankment wall and the thin-plate weir above a free surface of the aeration basin liquid; thin-plate weirs of gear type.
