FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to foundry production, particularly for obtaining cast products from heat resistant alloys based on nickel, cobalt, titanium, niobium and chrome with oriented and regular crystal structures. The suspension contains the following, in mass.%: organoaluminium binding substance 10-25; organic solvent 10-15; aluminium and/or chrome powder 5-15; process additive 5-65; fire resistant filler constitutes the remaining percentage. The organoaluminium binding substance used in the suspension are alkoxy alumino-oxane oligomers with general formula: RO[{-Al[OR]-O-}m·{-Al[OR*]-O-}k]n H, where R-CnH2n+1; R*-CHC(O)CnH2n+1; n=2; m=0.5; k=0.5. The process additive used is powdered AlN, Cr3C2, Cr2O3·Al2O3, Cr2O3 or their mixture. Higher quality of the ceramic mould is attained as well as elimination of reaction zones of the molten heat resistant alloy with the ceramic mould.
