FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and can be used for casting blades of gas turbines from heat-resistant alloys, mainly, on the base of nickel, cobalt and niobium. At least two layers of heat-resistance suspension are applied on mould unit, its composition being composed by, wt %: epoxy resin - 2.0-10.0, amine-type hardener - 0.4-3.0, organic solvent - 10.0-30.0, heat-resistant filler selected from the rare-earth metals, i.e. hafnium, zirconium, their mix making the rest. Then, layers of suspension based on alumina organic binder and electrocorundum are applied. After application of every said layer, drying is performed. Ceramic mould hardening is performed at 1400-1900°C.
EFFECT: higher quality of casts, fast drying.
