FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to method of direct raw coal liquefying. Claimed method includes: preparation of coal suspension from raw coal and catalyst, mixing suspension with hydrogen and preliminary processing of mixture with its further supply to reaction system for conducting reaction of liquefying. Isolating reaction products in separator with formation of liquid phase and gaseous phase; liquid phase is subjected to fractioning in rectification column with atmospheric pressure obtaining diesel fuel and remaining product, which is supplied into vacuum rectification column for separation into distillate and vacuum column residuum. Diesel fuel fraction and distillate are mixed and supplied into hydro-processing reactor with pseudo-liquefied layer and forced circulation to carry out the process of hydrogenisation. Products of hydrogenisation are fractioned into oil products and hydrogen-donating solvent, which is re-circulated to the stage of suspension preparation.
EFFECT: continuous realisation of the method of direct coal liquefying during long period of time, increase of work rate and degree of reactor volume usage.
