FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for carrying out Fischer-Tropsch synthesis. Two-stage method of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis comprises the following stages: a) reaction of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis: introduction of gaseous raw material, containing CO and H2, into reactor (102) of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to carry out reaction of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis under impact of catalysts with obtaining products of reaction of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis; with degree of CO conversion in reactor (102) of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis being supported at 30-70%; b) separating products of reaction of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in such a way as to separate water from residual gas that has not reacted and obtain hydrocarbon products and residual gas that has not reacted (4) of reaction of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, c) reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis: introduction of and residual gas that has not reacted (4), obtained at stage b), into reactor (112) of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to carry out reaction of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis under impact of catalysts with obtaining products of reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, d) separating products of reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis: separating products of reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in such a way as to separate water from residual gas that has not reacted and obtain hydrocarbon products and residual gas that has not reacted (10) of reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, with part (27) of residual gas that has not reacted of reaction of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis being returned into reactor (112) of second stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to carry out reactions with recirculation, in which residual gas that has not reacted (4) of reaction of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis is not returned into reactor (102) of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis to carry out reactions with recirculation, at stage a) fresh synthesis-gas as raw material passes through reactor of first stage of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis in one passage, in which separations at stages b) and a) comprise separations of upper products (2, 33) of reactions of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis of petroleum-water-gas type. Device for method realisation is also claimed.

EFFECT: method and device in accordance with invention have simplified flow chart and are applicable for wide-scale industrial production.
