SUBSTANCE: composition includes components at the following ratio: chicken eggs 400.0-500.0 g, chicken egg yolks 90.0-100.0 g, milk 140.0-160.0 g, potato decoction 140.0-160.0 ml, 2% basic green solution 10.0-12.0 g, disubstituted potassium phosphate 0.14-0.16 g, sodium citrate 0.14-0.16 g, magnesium sulphate 0.14-0.16 g, peptone 0.8-1.0 g, glycerin 3.2-4.0 g, alkane 15.3-30.6 g, distilled water up to 140.0-160.0 ml, 10% solution of Lucevita phythopreparations 0.25-0.5 ml.
EFFECT: possibility to recover mycobacteria with attenuated viability.
