FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy, particularly to compositions of iron. Iron contains components at the following ratio, mass %: carbon 2.8-3.2; silicon 2.4-2.8; manganese 0.4-0.8; molybdenum 1.0-1.4; titanium 0.1-0.2; phosphorus 0.05-0.1; calcium 0.005-0.01; vanadium 0.5-1.0; zirconium 0.15- 0.2; antimony 0.05-0.1; nitrogen 0.15-0.2, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded wear resistance of iron.
