Steel contains, mass %: carbon 0.1-0.2; silicon 0.2-0.4; manganese 0.8-1.2; chromium 0.8-1.2; nickel 0.8-1.2; yttrium 0.1-0.2; magnesium 0.008-0.012; boron 0.008-0.012; cobalt 0.1-0.2; copper 0.8-1.2; nitrogen 0.08-0.12, the rest being iron.
EFFECT: upgraded hardness of steel.
