FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to designing the automatically-controlled pump stations, particularly, to automatic control methods. The control method consists in adjusting the pump performances by varying the drive induction motor rpm supplied from the converter and pump assembly units IN/OUT jobs. The aforesaid jobs are initiated by feeding control signals from the controller to solenoid starters, while the rpm being adjusted by a frequency converter receiving the signal from the controller which, in its turn, receives the signal from the pressure pickup and compares it to the programmed value.
EFFECT: higher adjustment quality, faster response and higher reliability, suspend mode of the station operation.
