FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, namely to the control and monitoring systems of hydraulic drives of sucker rod pumps. Sucker rod pump hydraulic drive control system contains programmable logic controller 1, whose analog inputs are connected to the outputs of oil pressure sensor 2, oil temperature sensor 3 in the rod of the hydraulic cylinder and oil temperature sensor 4. Discrete inputs of the programmable logic controller are connected to the outputs of rod movement sensor 5, rod position sensor 6, pressure gate valve position sensor 7, oil level sensor in tank 8, filter weep sensor 9 and frequency converter 10. Communication port of programmable logic controller 1 is connected to analogous ports of tilt sensor 24, echo sounder 23 and wireless communication device 22. Discrete outputs of the programmable logic controller are connected to relays controlling the electromagnets, devices for switching on/off the oil heating and cooling systems and discrete inputs of the frequency converter, whose input power bus of is connected to the supply network, and its output power bus is connected to electric motor 11 of the sucker-rod pump.
EFFECT: reliability of the hydraulic drive of the sucker rod pump is improved due to the control of the operation of all drive systems in real time with the possibility of preventing emergency situations, including in conditions of low temperatures.
