FIELD: drying installations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying installations, particularly, to vibration press-driers intended for polydispersed products of vegetative origin, e.g. bagasse, apple pulp etc, and can be used in food and chemical industries. The vibration press-dryer incorporates stacked, one above the other, in a single vertical casing, a branch pipe with a feed screw, a truncated-cone-shaped filtration chamber, the cone smaller base being directed downward, accommodating a hollow porous screw shaped like the said chamber and a vibration pump, a squeezing section to granulate the products, a vibration dryer with the perforated truncated cone with its surface accommodating a screw-like chute. Just below the said chute, an unloading hopper is arranged coupled with the drive. Note that the filtration chamber is fixed on the chamber, while the porous screw and perforated truncated cone are fitted on the same shaft to run about their axes and, at a time, to vertically reciprocate.

EFFECT: lower poser consumption, higher efficiency of drying ensured by vibration at all drying stages.
