FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes addition of dry beet bagasse as active adsorbent into starting 70 % choline chloride solution, blending and drying in vibration dryer with overheated steam under atmospheric pressure. Before blending dry beet bagasse of 12-13 % humidity is preferably ground up to particle size of 1 mm, fractionated and blended with preheated choline chloride aqueous solution in ratio of 2:3. Overheated steam temperature in vibration dryer inlet and in outlet usually is 130-150°C and 105-110°C, respectively. Exhausted overheated steam flow having temperature of 105-110°C is separated into major flow, which is fed in vibration dryer to form recirculation circuit, and additional one, which is fed in step of choline chloride heating before blending.
EFFECT: intensified, environment friendly process without using of anti-caking and anti-adhesive additives; target product of improved quality.
