FIELD: electricity, transportation.
SUBSTANCE: generator unit is equipped with performance monitoring device which contains two transistors and resistor where transistor base is connected with terminal of one phase of generator stator winding, and collector is connected with base of second transistor and one terminal of resistor. Emitters of both transistors are connected with vehicle body, signal lamp is included in collector circuit of second transistor. One of terminals of this lamp together with second terminal of resistor is connected to accumulator battery via switch.
EFFECT: improvment of performance control accuracy for generator unit and operation conditions of generator excitation system.
