FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: device includes airtight chamber, which has receiving rotary valve and which communicates with high pressure line, shaper of jet flow, bumper plate and receiving bunker. Airtight chamber is connected by means of electromagnet lock is connected with sinusoidally-bent pipeline, inside of which knives are installed along its full length. Knives are displaced in respect to each other along screw surface, installed with the possibility of their height regulation and may be installed at the height that is equal or less than cedar nut size. Cutting surface of knives is installed at the angle of 30° in direction of nut movement. Output opening of sinusoidally-bent pipeline is arranged as narrowing and represents jet flow shaper, which is installed in working bunker with its outlet end. Working bunker has basis, which is equipped with screw mechanism for regulation of incline angle of bumper plate installed in it, taper bottom and output nozzle, under which receiving tank is installed. Bumper plate has thorns along its full surface, which are arranged with rounded ends and increase of their length from the bumper plate to the top.
EFFECT: increase of finished products output and quality of extracted nut kernels with preservation of their integrity and food value.
