FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry industry and can be used for destruction and removing Siberian cedar nut shells. The device contains a feeding box, a vertical shaft, an accelerating spinner, a striking wall and a drive. A feeding and dosing auger connected with receiving cavity by a groove is installed on the vertical shaft. Two hemispheres form the cavity. The inner side of the hemisphere has rigidly fixed supports in the form of a semi-circle and they are installed at an angle from 90° to 145°. The lengthwise rubber pad knives and triangular rubber push bar are installed in the other hemisphere. On the frame guiding plates adjusting the gap between hemispheres are rigidly fixed and a crank gear for reciprocating motion of the hemispheres is installed.
EFFECT: invention provides increased output productivity and better quality of cedar nuts kernels.
