FIELD: medical technology.

SUBSTANCE: device represents a basis with an accommodometer installed thereon. The accommodometer includes a movable pattern in the form of a screen for demonstration of test figures, a binocular unit opposite to the pattern with optical elements and corrective lenses. The accommodometer is equipped with a frame body in the form of oblongish frame connected, at one end with the basis by means of a horizontal axle, the other end of the frame being capable of angular movement relative to the basis. The pattern in the form of a round flat screen is installed on the body frame from the side of a joint between the body frame and the basis and can move along guideways in the direction of the binocular unit. The latter unit includes a plate with correcting lenses for each eye and foropter's plates with lenses placed in a circumferential direction, as well as an ocular and a beam splitter. The plate with correcting lenses and foropter's plates are mounted on the support bracket the enabling to change the centre distance.

EFFECT: increased accuracy and reliability of data obtained; increased tuning quality; possibility to perform wide range of diagnostic works.
